La Folie is just minutes away from the lively town centre with many shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants. There is a small sandy beach opposite or take an eight minute walk to Readymoney Cove.
Fowey is a wonderful combination of lively bustle and ancient back streets hiding antique shops, boutiques and galleries. A wander through town will also reveal some old waterfront pubs, more casual dining options such as Pintxo, Bufala, Sam’s and North Street Kitchen as well as first class eateries Fitzroy and Appletons. The Saints Way runs across the county to Padstow with the coastal path right on the doorstep and there are plenty of great local walks and circular routes. The river Fowey is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and boating with hire and group tours available from Fowey River Hire.
