Holiday Rental at La Folie

  • • La Folie is available from 4pm on date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on date of departure
  • • A 50% deposit is required to book this property
  • • The balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the holiday date. Payment can be made by bank transfer. PayPal also available
  • • Short breaks available in low season
  • • A £200 damage deposit is required for all bookings and breakages/damage must be reported to the caretaker immediately
  • • Bed linen and full towels are included. A small amount of grocery/cleaning items are included (eg. dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, soap)
  • • Smoking is NOT permitted in the house
  • • Sorry, we are animal lovers but pets are NOT allowed on the property.
Cancellation

We are not able to offer holiday insurance so obtaining your own is advisable.

Parking

One permit space is included. You are able to unload outside the house. Short term parking bays are available 50 yards away and weekly car parking permits are available through Cornwall Council. Just Park is in operation. More info at Parking In Fowey
